Notice of Annual General Meeting
Thank you for your commitment to the Oakville Camera Club over the past years. We have much to be proud of, and your continued participation in our programs is key to the success of our Club.
On behalf of the Oakville Camera Club, and acting in the capacity of Nominations Chairperson, one of the responsibilities is to obtain the agreement of the nominees to the Board of Directors of the Oakville Camera Club, that they will serve, if elected.
Elections of Officers and Directors will be held at the Annual General Meeting. The property and business of the Oakville Camera Club is governed by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors comprise four-(4) officers (President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer) and eight-(8) Directors.
As the Nominations Chairperson (Bernie Cook), the current slate of positions and nominees at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of 24 Sept 2018, are as follows:

Director (Analytics) - Mike Weber
Director (Communications & Member Engagement) - Stephanie Naccarato
Director (Challenges) - Jared Fein
Director (Education) - Vacant
Director (Membership) - Thomas Podruchny
Director (Mentors) - Wojtek Zlobicki
Director (Outings) - Interim Appointee for Election
Director (Webmaster) - Rafal Kiermacz
Currently, there are three-(3) Director portfolios available on the current Board. Each Officer and Director shall be elected for a term of one-(1) year. If you are interested in nominating an individual as a Director/Officer to the coming term of Sept 2018 - Sept 2019, please notify Bernard Cook, Nominations Chairperson at firstname.lastname@example.org
, as soon as possible. All nominees must be members of the Club in good standing.
