'New Date" for Capture Oakville Print Drop Off

DUE TO QEP COMMUNITY CENTRE BEING CLOSED ON MONDAY DUE TO THE EASTER MONDAY HOLIDAY, DROP OFF IS NOW APRIL 3RD.

Congratulations to those selected to have their prints judged and hang in the Gallery Exhibit

What we need from you now is a high quality unframed print for presentation. Complete details are available at Capture Oakville Competition Rules

within the Capture Oakville section of out website.

This print should accurately represent the digital image you submitted.  You may not change the digital file, except for minor modifications that are necessary to ensure the print best represents your digital entry.  

The panel will reserve the right to request a re-print if there are significant differences in the print from the digital file, or if the print quality is below an expected standard for exhibition.  Failure to follow the above process could result in the removal of the print from both the Exhibition and Awards judging.The due date for print submission is Wednesday 3 April 2024 at the latest.  

In order to receive your Capture Oakville print submission, we have made arrangements for volunteers to be present at QEPCCC from 6:30 - 7:30 on the Wednesday  3 April 2024.

Please be aware that the Town of Oakville QEPCCC staff will NOT accept drop-off’s at QEP Reception - your print must be given to us directly.
